סריקת טקסטים בסקנר ושילובם באתר – תמחור מיוחד לפי עמוד של טקסט! לא עמוד אינטרנטי. 5. אופן התשלום: · לאחר הערכה ראשונית של דרישות הלקוח והיקף העבודה יקבע הסכום לתשלום. · במעמד חתימה על ההסכם בין במחשבה קדימה/עופר כהן לבין הלקוח ינתן 50% מהסכום לתשלום. · עם סיום העבודה והעלאת האתר לרשת הציבורית, תערך הערכה סופית של היקף העבודה לנוכח המוצר הסופי ובהתאם לכך יותאם הסכום לתשלום. במידה והערכה הסופית גבוהה מההערכה הראשונית, ישלם הלקוח נוסף על ה 50% הנוספים שעליו לשלם גם את ההפרש בין שתי ההערכות. במידה והסתבר כי ההערכה הסופית של הסכום לתשלום נמוכה מההערכה הראשונית ישלם הלקוח רק את ההפרש בין הסכום ששילם בהתחלה לבין הסכום שנקבע בההערכה הסופית. · עם סיום העבודה המתבטאת בהעלאת האתר לרשת הציבורית והיות כל הפונקציות שבו פועלות לפי הפונקיונליות הסבירה שלהן, יאשר הלקוח בכתב את שביעות רצונו מן העבודה. · במידה והלקוח מעוניין בשרותי תחזוקה שוטפת, מוסכם כי ישלם עבור כל שעה בנפרד את מחיר השרות, אלא אם כן הוא משלם עבור חבילת שעות שרות. שיפורים ותוספות יקבלו הערכה תמחורית נפרדת (ראשונית וסופית בהתאמה). 6. מוסכם על הלקוח כי הפוסקת האחרונה בשאלות מקצועיות כגון מה נחשב פשוט או מורכב בתחום בניית האתר, או מהו הסכום הראשוני והסופי לתשלום (בעקבות הערכה ראשונית וסופית של היקף וקושי העבודה) תהיה במחשבה קדימה ובפועל: עופר כהן. בברכה הצוק הכחול עופר כהן 8809109-052 |
